Salacgrīva Port

Over time, Salacgriva has grown from a fishing town to a port town where ancient traditions and nature are respected, as Salaca is the only natural salmon spawning river on this Baltic Sea coast from the Neva to the Nemunas and the Vistula. Green thinking in the people of this side grows from a child's foot, and the port of Salacgriva is in a sense unique in the whole of Latvia - here the port's economic interests and needs go hand in hand with ecological requirements and sustainable development of the region. Even the ancient lighthouse has found a place of honor here on the shores of Salaca, at the promenade leading to the marina.

In Salacgriva, the yacht port is located in the center of Salacgriva city, on the right side of the Salaca River, behind berth No.3. Salacgriva yacht port is open, it can be visited by anyone interested.
